The Academy for Young Leaders (AYL) is a dynamic youth leadership training program spearheaded by the Kaya Natin! Movement for Good Governance and Ethical Leadership, in partnership with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF) Philippines. Recognizing that the youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow but the catalysts for change today, AYL is designed to empower, equip, and inspire young Filipinos to champion transparent, accountable, and citizen-centered governance.

The AYL program provides a platform for aspiring young leaders to translate their passion for nation-building into concrete action.

Core Objectives

Building Youth-Led Movements
Equipping participants with the foundational skills to mobilize their peers and create sustainable networks that advocate for meaningful societal change.
Community Organizing
Training youth leaders to understand grassroots issues, listen effectively to the needs of the people, and facilitate community-driven solutions.
Crafting Youth-based Projects
Providing the technical know-how to design, develop, and implement impactful programs that directly address local challenges.
