Theย Leaders for Excellence and Public Service (LEAP) Mayors’ Fellowship Programย is a series of three leadership trainings organized by Kaya Natin! and San Miguel Corporation for incumbent mayors around the country. LEAP aims to equip mayors with the competencies of an effective, ethical, and empowering leader, believing that enhancing their leadership will manifest in their public service and local government units.ย
Bringing in experts from the academe, CSOs, the private sector, and seasoned public servants, the three modules of the program will include seminars, workshops, and competency building. It will mainly be tackling the Three Es (Ethical, Empowering, and Effective) of Leadership and building and strengthening sustainable towns and cities, as well as the sharing of best practices among participants and colleagues.
