The Leaders for Participatory Governance (LeadGov) Mayors’ Fellowship Program is a specialized initiative by the Kaya Natin! Movement designed to support and equip proactive local chief executives. Grounded in the core belief that transparent and inclusive leadership creates the most significant community impact, LeadGov provides a dedicated platform for Mayors to collaborate, learn, and implement effective governance strategies in their respective municipalities and cities.

By focusing on modernization, systems improvement, and active citizen participation, the program aims to permanently dismantle systemic corruption and elevate the standard of public service delivery across the Philippines.

Through the LeadGov Mayors’ Fellowship Program, the Kaya Natin! Movement envisions a nationwide network of progressive LGUs characterized by efficiency, transparency, and a deep commitment to the people. By equipping local leaders with the right tools—from digital infrastructure to participatory frameworks—we are laying the groundwork for a more accountable government and a better-served Filipino public.
