The Kaya Natin! Movement successfully conducted its Strategic Planning session from July 24 to 25, 2026, bringing together key stakeholders to chart the organization’s future course.
The two-day event was actively participated in by our esteemed Board of Trustees, Core Members, Fellows, and representatives from the Kaya Natin! Youth.
The comprehensive planning sessions primarily focused on ensuring the organization’s long-term sustainability and refining our unique value proposition. Furthermore, it helped us realign our core programs and initiatives so our advocacy remains relevant, effective, and responsive to the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
We are deeply grateful to Mr. Norman Cualteros for expertly facilitating the entire strategic planning process. His invaluable guidance and insights were instrumental in aligning our collective vision.
